Approach
Performance Through Engagement
UEP’s view is that just fixing a process is not enough if significant improvements in performance are to be realised and sustained. Research (including the recently acclaimed MacLeod report 'Engaging for Success') shows that the key to achieving sustained and continuous improvement lies in engaging employees and empowering them to take control of their own processes by providing them with the capability, confidence and enthusiasm to continue to improve processes long after initial performance gains have been achieved. Without this engagement, short-term gains are lost and 'the grass grows back'.
UEP’s approach therefore focuses on far more than just the analysis of the process problem. Our proprietary tools and techniques create high (and measurable) levels of employee engagement and facilitate the effective transfer of knowledge from the very outset. The outcome is transformational engagement: the development of a culture that helps the whole organisation to continuously seek better ways of serving customers and improving performance.
Our track record of building engagement, transferring knowledge and helping organisations to reap the substantial and lasting rewards that all this brings is second-to none. To hear the views of clients who have benefited from our unique approach, please click here.
