An attractive reward scheme for team members required to remain overseas on weekends  also exists. For new joiners with excellent engagement skills and strong performance improvement credentials but little prior experience as a professional consultant, a 13-week Practitioner Development programme is conducted to help people to realise their potential as high calibre UEP practitioners.
